CMA Foundation is the entry-level examination for the Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) qualification offered by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).

Exam Date: June and December annually
Application Date: January-March for June attempt; July-September for December attempt
Result Date: August and February annually
Eligibility
Candidates who have passed class 10 can register for CMA Foundation. The Foundation exam can be appeared after passing class 12.

Sections: Fundamentals of Economics and Management, Fundamentals of Accounting, Fundamentals of Laws and Ethics, Fundamentals of Business Mathematics and Statistics
